June 16th, 2009 - "Enveloped" released!

Four months of hard work and it's ready to go! You can get more info, listen to a couple of the songs, and pick up a copy here! I'm pretty happy with how it came out - it's not the most complex album in the world (far from it), but it creates a hypnotic atmosphere while still being heavy.

The next album, "It Came from Beyond the Oort Cloud" (which is a very ambient album along the lines of "Dark Side of Zebes") is coming along well and should be ready to go by the end of July (five years after it was recorded).

April 21st, 2009 - MP3 page added!

The MP3 page is up! It still needs better descriptions for all the songs, but I'll fix that up for next week.

Also, "Enveloped" is coming along nicely and I'm hoping to have all the recording done by the end of next month and ready for sale by mid-to-late June. I'll see if I can wrangle up a sample for next week.

Once "Enveloped" is done, I'll be diving into "It Came from Beyond the Oort Cloud". More on that next time.

The Future of Destruction [Chrono Trigger]

March 17th, 2009 - "The Future of Destruction"

Along with finally getting this site out of the mothballs, a demo version of the 2300 AD overworld music from Chrono Trigger (entitled "The Future of Destruction") has been posted on the MySpace. Once I get the site sorted out a little better, I'll post the MP3 here for download.

There's also a new album in progress called "Enveloped" that I'm hoping to get done sometime this spring. The best way I can describe it at the moment would be progressive ambient metal. Heavy on the ambient and on the heavy. I'll post more on it soon.
